The Pitas Kobe have a tougher build than a typical ankle boot: a reinforced rubber toe cap, a corduroy collar and a trail-style sole with a deeper tread.
Inside sits the PITAS-TEX membrane, waterproof and thermally insulated, built for the coldest, wettest days of winter.
The upper is water-repellent suede, so it shrugs off puddles and drizzle without soaking through.
The closure uses traditional laces through reinforced eyelets, holding the foot firmly all day. The insoles are removable leather, and the synthetic sole with that rubber toe cap protects your foot on uneven pavement, cobbles or gritty ground.

The water-repellent material is treated to repel water. However, to ensure its durability over time, it is advisable to periodically apply a special protective spray for water-repellent materials, especially if they are frequently exposed to moisture.
If the suede parts get dirty, we recommend waiting until the stain is dry and then brushing it off with a special suede/nubuck brush. There are also specific erasers for this type of material.
For cleaning textile parts, follow these steps:
Remove the laces and, using a sponge or brush dipped in a mixture of lukewarm water and neutral soap, clean only the fabric areas.
Let them air dry, avoiding exposure to sunlight or heat. You can place newspaper inside to absorb moisture and help them keep their shape.
